The project A Rondo with the Printed (2025) has laid a strong foundation of etching in my practice and thinking.
In the coming months of 2026 I’ll be printing original editions from the project that will be for sale.
For the idea of a ‘patchwork of etchings’ within the installation, I have made 10 distinct etching plates of which the sizes range from 30 x 40 cm to 80 x 100 cm. Next to these bigger plates, I plan to use the series of smaller plates I have which are traces from the experimental phase.
